EuPEO Pupil Questionnaire (EPQ)

 

 

INTRODUCTION

 

This questionnaire will be included as part of the future EuPEO - European Observatory of Physical Education, an Erasmus Plus Sport Project, in which your country is involved within School of Education / University College Cork. 

 

This project aims to characterize Physical Education, School Sport and other forms of Physical Activity based on the school of each country, as represented in European Physical Education Association (EUPEA).

As a current student of a European participating school, we ask you to kindly answer the following questions, considering your current school year.

 

Your co-operation is crucial to the success of this project, and to the promotion of the Quality of Physical Education in Europe.

Information to data subjects

Data collection is carried out under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the European Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of data and free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as abbreviated by the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).

Exercise of the rights of data subjects

Participants in the pilot study of the European Physical Education Observatory (EuPEO) may exercise the right to data portability, data erasure and notification of third parties on the rectification or erasure or limitation of treatment requested by the holders.

Consent of the data subjects

Participants in the study receive information necessary to issue an informed consent. The national responsible for the study undertake to inform the participant about the nature and objectives of the project; national and international entities approving or supporting the project; risks and benefits for participants; voluntary nature of participation in the pilot study and expected duration thereof; confidentiality of data collection; purpose of data collection and protection/organization thereof; dissemination of data and its purpose.

Documentation and Registration

The regulation obliges to keep a documented record of all personal data processing activities. EuPEO Consortium is obliged to demonstrate compliance with all requirements arising from the application of the regulation.
